School Security
All parents or visitors to the school must report to the main office. They will be asked for details on the intercom and when in the building they should sign the visitor book, detailing both time of entry and exit.
Parent helpers are issued with a badge to wear while working in the classrooms.
If a member of staff, student or adult witnesses an unfamiliar person in the playground they should ask questions, challenging them as to their presence in the school grounds. They should direct the person to the school office or to the front gate as appropriate and ensure they leave the playground (escort them if necessary). If suspicious, concerns should be reported to the Janitor, H.T. or D.H.T. immediately.
