Medicines
Any parent/guardian wishing their child to take medication of any kind in school, including creams, must complete an ‘Administration of Medicine’ form available from the school office. These documents show when and how the child should take/apply the medicine. School staff do not generally administer medicine of any kind, unless specially trained to deal with Emergency situations.
Inhalers
Pupils with Asthma use their inhalers as prescribed by their doctor. They are responsible for looking after their own inhaler in school. A spare should be left in the school office.
