In promoting positive behaviour among the children and in dealing with incidents of indiscipline, all staff (teaching and support) will apply the same standards and sanctions.  

There are clear, brief rules for the children:-

All children begin the day on green 1 on their traffic light board (one traffic light board in every class). If the above rules are broken, children move down the traffic light board.

If a child ends the day on green 1 or 2 on the traffic light board for behaviour, he/she colours green for that day on their target sheet.  If the child ends on amber 1 or 2  colour amber and if red 1 or 2 colour red

Children will have a “fresh start” each day.

Verbal praise will be given if behaviour improves.
